Kim Woodward has been with Nemours since 2002, started in the NICU, and moved to the Cardiac Center in 2008 while raising four beautiful children ages 35-18.  She cares for patients with congenital birth defects from birth to age 40, working in the step-down unit, CICU, and outpatient clinic/telehealth as a Supervisor, Clinical Nurse while participating with the Nursing Shared Governance committees. Kim is passionate about offering holistic nursing care to patients, mentoring co-workers/staff, and collaborating with colleagues to improve care through quality improvement initiatives. With a background as an early childhood educator, day care owner, Birthing Doula, Healing Touch Provider, mother and Scout leader, Kim brings a variety of skills and knowledge to the Cardiac Center at Nemours.
