Shannon Hughes, RMA, R.T.(R), A.S.S, is a dedicated healthcare professional with 19 years of experience in the medical field, working in pediatric cardiology for the past 3 years. As a Registered Medical Assistant, Shannon is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care that focuses on the unique needs of each individual patient and their family. 

For the past 10 years, Shannon has served as a preceptor, mentoring and guiding new staff with a focus on clinical excellence, teamwork, and compassionate care. She is passionate about fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring exceptional patient experiences. 

Outside of her professional role, Shannon enjoys spending time with her daughter and their golden retriever, as well as visiting Walt Disney World.
