Jennifer Valdivia, MHA, is the Director, Education Programs for Nemours Children's Health. Jennifer provides administrative oversight for continuing education, faculty development, medical libraries and evidence-based medicine resources and medical simulation (Florida sites only). She also supports the strategic planning process which encompasses enhanced faculty programming and education resources. Prior to joining Nemours, she served as the operations manager for the Mayo Clinic School of Graduate Medical Education and held other positions at Mayo Clinic in both Florida and Minnesota, including as an administrative fellow. A graduate of Elon College in North Carolina, Jennifer earned her master's degree in health care administration at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.  Jennifer is currently enrolled in the Advanced Leadership Program in Healthcare with the Duke School of Medicine and Fuqua School of Business.
