Junell Lewis serves as Enterprise Chief of Staff at Nemours Children’s Health, a role she has held since November 2023. In this capacity, she partners closely with executive leadership to advance enterprise strategy, research administration, physician engagement, and cross-regional integration across the organization. She leads complex, system-wide initiatives spanning clinical operations, population health, research transformation, and strategic communications, ensuring alignment across Delaware Valley, Central Florida, North Florida, and enterprise teams.

Prior to joining Nemours, Junell held leadership and administrative roles at several nationally recognized academic medical centers, including Northwestern Medicine, Boston Children’s Hospital, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, and Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago. Across these institutions, she developed deep expertise in research operations, faculty and physician engagement, program development, and large-scale operational transformation within pediatric and academic health systems.

Junell is known for her structured, data-driven approach to leadership and her ability to translate complex strategy into actionable execution.
