Michelle E. Stofa, MS, received her BA in English and Technical Writing from the University of Delaware and her master’s in Biomedical Writing from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. She has worked in medical communications for more than 30 years as a medical editor. Michelle serves as the Manager for Editorial Services for the entire Nemours enterprise and other satellite sites at Thomas Jefferson University and throughout the Delaware Valley. Her team of editors works with investigators on manuscripts, books and book chapters, grant proposals, and scientific posters as well as other research-related publications.

Michelle is an invited guest lecturer for the Department of English at the University of Delaware.  She also regularly presents to her peers at the American Medical Writers Association and to residents, physicians, and students at the University of Delaware and Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.
