Jennifer Reardon is a seasoned strategic healthcare communications leader with extensive experience advancing communications, public relations, and outreach efforts within major healthcare and nonprofit organizations. She currently serves as the Orthopedic Communications & Outreach Manager at Nemours Children’s Health, a role she has held since April 2024, following more than two years as a Public Relations Manager within the same organization. 

Before joining Nemours, Jennifer shaped public-facing communications across several nationally recognized institutions. She served as Public Relations Manager for the National Aquarium, where she managed media relations and storytelling initiatives, and previously held the role of Marketing Director at REV Cycle Studio. Her earlier career includes leadership and management roles in public affairs, social media, and communications at the Baltimore Development Corporation, Medifast, and the Kennedy Krieger Institute, where she supported neuromuscular disease awareness, patient stories, and advocacy campaigns.
