Carol Shrader serves at the CP Program Manager at Nemours Children's Health. Her part-time non-clinical position is focused on community outreach, patient experience, and event planning. As a mother of adult triplets, two of whom have Cerebral Palsy, Carol has shared her family story around the world – speaking at conferences and in schools – both to educate the medical community and to inspire families who are on similar journeys. 

Carol holds positions on Executive Boards of various agencies serving the disabled community and is the co-creator and co-chair of a monthly virtual support group - Fireside Chat - through the Delaware Department of Health and Social Services Division of Developmental Disabilities. She is also the co-author of a children’s book and several textbook chapters dedicated to cerebral palsy advocacy and education.
