Purpose: To study the effects of 3-day stress dose of Hydrocortisone on the Hippocampal volume. MRI scans were obtained to monitor the change in brain volume especially the hippocampal volume after Cortisol administration. My role was to measure the total brain volume and Hippocampal volume using BRAINS 2 software.
