I am a Certified Surgical Technician with 14 years of experience. I began my career as a tech in 2012 at a pediatric Level I Trauma Center in Memphis, TN and remained there for 8 years. Although I developed a love for pediatric orthopedic surgery early on my evening/weekend schedule exposed me to surgeries in several specialties including neurosurgery, general, ENT/airway emergencies, plastics, etc. In addition to scheduled/add-on procedures I scrubbed a considerable amount of pediatric trauma surgeries for MVA, head trauma, chest trauma, open globe trauma, GSW's, severe burn, open fractures, pelvic trauma, NAT, and many other circumstances.  From there I ventured forward scrubbing surgical cases performed on adult and geriatric patients and eventually worked as a tech at an adult Level II Trauma Center.
