Dr. Cathy Montgomery is a post-doctoral fellow at Nemours Children’s Health (Delaware) completing the fellowship in Integrated Primary Care with an Urban Specialization. Her primary clinical role is providing evaluation and treatment for patients and their families at the Jessup St. primary care clinic, where she has worked since beginning her pre-doctoral residency in 2024. She graduated with a degree in clinical psychology from Syracuse University in 2025, where she was a member of the ADHD Lifespan Treatment, Education, and Research (ALTER) Lab. Dr. Montgomery has several years of experience engaging in research, evaluation, and treatment of ADHD, including completion of her dissertation project entitled Black Mothers’ ADHD Experiences, Attitudes, and Support-Seeking Decisions. For over a decade, Dr. Montgomery has dedicated her time to working with minoritized youth and their families to foster collaborative and culturally humble engagement in research and clinical care.
