Christina Conrad is an experienced Respiratory Therapist with a clinical background across adult and pediatric care, including extensive work in emergency and critical care settings. At Nemours Children’s Hospital, she serves as the Respiratory Therapy Clinical Lead of the Emergency Department. She also serves in other roles such as faculty member for Pediatric Emergency Medicine Skills Courses offered for Providers, Nurses and Delaware EMS Providers, Instructor for both BLS and PALS, Advanced Delivery Unit and bronchoscopy team member, and chair‑elect for the Respiratory Care Professional Development Committee.

Christina’s work extends into education, quality improvement, and system‑wide collaboration, with contributions to research initiatives, pathway optimization, simulation training, and interdisciplinary committees. She holds multiple advanced certifications, including RRT‑ACCS, RRT‑NPS, AE‑C, and CPFT, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Management with a concentration in Healthcare Administration.
