Noelle has more than 25 years of experience in healthcare administration including clinical department leadership, business development, project management, financial analysis and reporting, and billing and collections.  As the AVP of Partnerships for Nemours, she leads the support team for all the providers in the community partnerships across Central Florida and is responsible for the overall relationships and contractual obligations across the region. Prior to her role with Nemours Business Development, she led the Clinical Support and Finance teams at Nemours in designing, planning, and implementing staffing plans, equipment selection,  operational workflows,  applications, and cross functional coordination to support the opening of NCH.  She spearheaded operational startup of the Clinical Laboratory including equipment selection, coordination of operational leaders, workflow analysis, laboratory information system build, and successful CAP pre-inspection.  Previously as Director of Rehabilitation, Noelle successfully provided oversight of the operations for the rehabilitation division with gross revenues of $4 million per year and 30+ FTEs.  She successfully grew outpatient visit volume by 14%, increased staff productivity by three visits/therapist/day and increased up front collections by 100%.  As Administrator of Medical Operations at Cleveland Clinic Florida, Noelle successfully restructured and grew the $5 million Research and Education division working closely with the Chair of Research and Education and provided support for the ancillary department chairs.  She oversaw the establishment of centralized functions to support physician investigators in clinical research and led the expansion of the GME department and International programs.  Noelle received her M.B.A. in Healthcare Administration from Cleveland State University and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
