Nicole Thompson-Bowie, DNP, APRN, NNP-BC, is a nationally recognized neonatal nurse practitioner with over two decades of experience across high-acuity NICUs, academic medical centers, and community hospitals. She has been with Nemours since 2018.   Nicole is deeply passionate about mentoring and empowering clinicians, advancing neonatal education through simulation-based training, and optimizing delivery room and resuscitation management. She has served as a long-standing NRP instructor, national conference speaker, and simulation leader, and has participated in international medical missions dedicated to improving neonatal outcomes globally. Her work bridges clinical excellence, education, and leadership, inspiring the next generation of neonatal providers.
