Rachel Molander is the Clinical Nurse Educator for the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) at Nemours Children's Health since 2022. She has been in healthcare since 2011 and a registered nurse since 2015. Rachel began nursing in adult cardiac progressive care unit before finding niche in PICU nursing with Nemours Children's Health in 2017.
