Restless Sleep, Tired Days: Recognizing and Managing Childhood Insomnia

Join us for a virtual training designed to deepen your understanding of insomnia - from the latest research and diagnostic strategies to proven treatment approaches. Learn to confidently identify insomnia, distinguish it from other sleep disorders, and apply Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia. You'll also gain practical tips for discussing sleep hygiene with patients to support lasting sleep health.

This training will be hosted virtually only via Microsoft Teams. The meeting link will be emailed to registered attendees.

Upon completion of this activity participants will be able to:

Analyze the research behind the recognition and treatment approaches for insomnia
Identify clinical features of insomnia and differentiate it from other sleep disorders through accurate differential diagnosis.
Discuss Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia and effectively communicate sleep hygiene strategies to patients.
