Gwen Janssen is a nurse and healthcare executive with over 18 years experience in the medical field. She obtained her BSN from St. Anselm College and after progressing into leadership she obtained an MSN from American Sentinel University and an MHA from Trinity University. Gwen was diagnosed with ADHD and autism (AuDHD) in 2022 and has since dedicated herself to the advocacy for and advancement of neurodivergent professionals. Gwen founded the END Institute for excellence in neurodiversity with the goal of providing evidence-based information and resources for other late-diagnosed adults like herself. She is the author of “ADHD: how to go from powerless professional to powerhouse leader” and partners with organizations around the globe to eliminate the stigma of neurodiversity and promote the systems that set professionals and employers up for success.
