Adrienne Palmer is a Community Health Educator with Nemours Children's Health. She has a Bachelors in Nutrition Science and a Masters in Health Education. After graduating with her bachelors she worked with the YMCA to facilitate the Diabetes Prevention Program for two years. She has five years of experience working for the WIC Program across three states, holding several positions such as Health Educator, Nutrition Specialist, and Breastfeeding Coordinator. During her time working for WIC she also became a Certified Lactation Specialist. She is passionate about closing the gaps in health education for children and their caregivers by making health education accessible for everyone. In her spare time she likes to read psychological thrillers, listen to true crime podcasts, and be outside.
