Leanna Williams is a dedicated and accomplished pediatric nurse with nearly two decades of experience at Nemours Children’s Health. She began her nursing career in 2006 on the 3F GI/General Pediatrics unit, where she developed a strong foundation in pediatric acute care.

Currently serving as the Lead Office Nurse at the Becks Woods primary care location, Leanna plays a pivotal role in clinical coordination, team leadership, and patient-centered care delivery. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) in 2018 and holds certifications as a Certified Pediatric Nurse (CPN) and Certified Asthma Educator (AE-C), reflecting her commitment to ongoing professional development and excellence in pediatric nursing.

Leanna is actively engaged in organizational initiatives, serving as a Magnet Ambassador and proudly representing primary care during Nemours’ successful Magnet re-designations in 2017, 2021, and the upcoming 2025 review. She is also a contributing member of the Nursing Informatics Council, where she supports the integration of technology and data to enhance nursing practice and patient outcomes.

Passionate about pediatric health and nursing leadership, Leanna continues to advocate for high-quality, compassionate care across the primary care continuum.
