Lead Nurse of Dover Ambulatory site since 2018, joined Nemours in 2014.  Prior to coming to Nemours, Arin spent the previous 12 years with Bayhealth.   Arin worked in various roles during her time at Bayhealth.  She was the unit charge nurse in the Emergency Department, oversaw medical staffing and care at concert medicine and Nascar events in the community, and worked briefly in Pediatrics, Labor & Delivery and Employee medical.  Arin knew at a young age that she had a passion for helping others and starting riding with her local volunteer ambulance / fire service 28 years ago.
