Jessica is a pediatric nurse practitioner in the division of critical care. In addition to her clinical work, Jessica is the APP Manager for Inpatient Pediatrics and the Chair of the APP Leadership Council. She is a co-director of the Nemours Academy of Master Educators and the Pediatric Fundamentals of Critical Care Support Course. She works with GME as the Director of Interprofessional Education. Jessica is also currently involved in 2 evidence-based projects in the PICU: PICU Up! and APRV as a recruitment maneuver in children with restrictive lung disease.
