Online - Nursing Grand Rounds - Healthy Relationships
This regularly scheduled series provides clinicians the opportunity to attend a didactic session that discusses and analyzes the latest evidence-based practice initiatives, and research related to the specialty of Nursing. This month's topic is Health Relationships by speaker Olivia Oropeza. Olivia is the Program and Marketing Manager for the SMART Couples relationship education program at the Victim Service Center of Central Florida, where she develops and promotes evidence-based resources to strengthen relationships.

Physicians, APPs, nurses, SW and other clinicians interested in this topic.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:
- Recognize the warning signs of unhealthy and abusive relationships within the healthcare profession.
- Develop effective communication techniques to address and discuss issues related to violence and abuse.
- Discuss the prevalence and impact of violence and abuse in the healthcare profession, fostering a more supportive and
