Megan Flynn DNP, RN, CNL, RNC-NIC, C-ELBW, NE-BC is a dedicated neonatal nursing leader, educator and speaker who passionate about creating an environment where nurses can provide the best care possible.  Megan serves as the Harm Prevention Program Manager for Nemours Children’s Florida, acts adjunct faculty at Sentara College for Health Sciences, and as a board member for the New England Association of Neonatal Nurses. Megan is committed to enhancing patient safety, standardizing best practices and fostering a culture of professional growth.  She speaks on a range of topics including multigenerational team dynamics, fostering innovation and managing incivility in the workplace.
