Dr. Lauren Loftis is a board-certified Hospice and Palliative Medicine Physician with a particular area of focus in Pediatric Palliative Care.  She was inducted as a Fellow of the American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine and currently serves as Regional Medical Director for VITAS in Florida and Alabama.  Dr. Loftis participates as a member of the steering committee of the Florida Pediatric Palliative Care Coalition and maintains a small private practice in Cocoa Beach, Florida where she lives with her two teenagers and husband along with a menagerie of pets.
