I graduated from West Virginia University School of Medicine prior to completing pediatric residency and critical care fellowship at the University of Florida College of Medicine in Gainesville, FL. In addition to patient care and my dedication to caring for critically children, I have a passion for medical education. During my residency and fellowship, I specifically developed a passion for medical simulation as a modality for teaching residents, medical students, and interprofessional teams. After accepting a position at Nemours Children's Hospital following fellowship, I quickly became involved with the simulation team and have worked to expand the simulations team's reach in the hospital. In late 2021, I was named the Assistant Medical Director of the Center for Interprofessional Learning and Simulation at Nemours.
