Nathalie Duroseau, DO, MS
Nathalie Duroseau, DO, MS is an Attending Physician in the Craig Dalsimer Division of Adolescent Medicine at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) and a Practice-based Scholar at CHOP’s Center for Violence Prevention. She also serves as an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Duroseau earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from New York University and her Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine from the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her pediatric residency at Sidney Kimmel Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University/Nemours Children's Health, Delaware, followed by an Adolescent Medicine Fellowship at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Additionally, she is a fellow with Physicians for Reproductive Rights.
A dedicated advocate for reproductive justice, Dr. Duroseau integrates her passion into her work by providing equitable and inclusive family planning and gender-affirming care for youth aged 11 to 24. She has developed a reproductive justice curriculum aimed at educating healthcare professionals on the principles of equity, access, and empowerment in reproductive health. As the DEI committee chair for the Division of Adolescent Medicine, Dr. Duroseau leads initiatives to foster diversity, equity, and inclusion at CHOP. Her research includes the creation and implementation of curricula addressing racial microaggressions in healthcare, further demonstrating her commitment to building inclusive and supportive environments for patients and colleagues.
