Dr. Aashna Patel is a fourth year Chief Administrative psychiatry resident at the University of Central Florida/HCA Florida Healthcare program and is planning on pursuing child and adolescent fellowship training. She completed her medical school training at Rowan-Virtua SOM in New Jersey. She was recognized as a resident and medical student for her compassionate care in which she was inducted into Gold Humanism Honor Society. She is deeply passionate about education and teaching, as well as hopes to continue to pursue leadership roles where she can promote advocacy for vulnerable populations.
