Francesca has worked with the pediatric population since the beginning of her nursing career in 2016. She specializes in pediatric surgery, trauma, and solid organ transplant nursing and has a lot of experience in the medically complex pediatric population as well as tracheostomy and ventilator dependent children. Francesca earned her Master's degree in Leadership with a focus in Nursing Education in 2022, and has been in the role of Clinical Nurse Educator on the Intermediate care and solid organ transplant unit since April, 2023.
