Kristen has proudly called the Jacksonville area home for nearly 20 years. With a strong professional foundation in Human Resources, she currently serves as an AVP, HR Business Partner at VyStar Credit Union. Kristen holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of North Florida. She is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

In 2022, Kristen and her husband were introduced to the Snyder Family Cleft and Craniofacial Center following the birth of their beautiful son, who was born with a cleft lip and cleft palate. Further genetic testing revealed he has Van der Woude Syndrome—a journey that deepened Kristen’s connection to the craniofacial community and inspired her advocacy.

Outside of work, Kristen enjoys traveling and cherishing time with her husband, son, and their two beloved pups.
