Dr. Alex Davis is a medical geneticist practicing general genetics at the University of Florida Health Jacksonville. He completed his undergraduate studies in genetics at Clemson University and medical school at University of South Carolina School of Medicine Greenville. He spent four years at University of Alabama Birmingham training in a combined pediatrics and medical genetics residency and served as the Chief Resident of Medical Genetics during his last year of training. He moved with his wife and three children to Jacksonville, Florida after residency where they enjoy time with grandparents and playing at the beach. Dr. Davis is passionate about education in genetics and broadening access to clinical genetics care in Florida.
