Dr. Amanda Micucio is a general pediatrician at Nemours Children's Health-Philadelphia and Clinical Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Sidney Kimmel Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University.  She is the director of the Advocacy Curriculum for the Nemours Children's Health-DE Pediatric Residency Program.  During her pediatric residency here at Nemours, she founded the Pediatric Refugee Clinic and is its current director. She is passionate about caring for refugees and all types of immigrants, recognizing this care necessarily employs a well-rounded approach that goes beyond only medical aspects of care and touches many facets of patients' and families' lives.
