Dr. Michael Favara was raised in New Jersey. He received his undergraduate degree in Biology at Lafayette College and his medical degree from the University and Dentistry of New Jersey - School of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his internship, pediatric residency, and neonatal-perinatal medicine fellowship at the combined program of Jefferson / Nemours / ChristianaCare. He has been an attending neonatologist at ChristianaCare since 2019. His research interests include delivery room resuscitation and infectious disease. He lives in Media, PA with his wife and two children.
