Dr. Bley is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and Primary Care Sports Medicine, and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He is the owner of Delaware Sports Medicine with offices in North Wilmington and Townsend, Delaware.

Dr. Bley is a member of the Board of Directors for the Delaware Interscholastic Athletic Association and Chair of the Sports Medicine Advisory Committee.

He currently serves as Faculty for the Christiana Care Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship and as an Affiliate Assistant Professor of Physical Therapy at the University of Delaware. His current research areas are in tendinopathy and knee osteoarthritis.
