As dedicated professional nurses find themselves facing high levels of stress and emotional exhaustion. This virtual program offers nurses the opportunity to experience yoga techniques for relaxation and stress relief. Yoga is a tool for nurses to manage stress and promote emotional well-being.

  • Describe how yoga can provide an inner sense of calm
  • Identify 3 yoga poses to help relax and reduce stress
