Mary currently serves as a Talent Development and Engagement Manager and has over 20 years of Human Resource and Development experience. She provides consultative services, leadership coaching, change management guidance, and professional development support to a variety of clients and leaders. She has designed and led many team effectiveness interventions and developed individual development programs for professional growth. Mary was the principal creator and champion of a fully integrated, enterprise-wide leadership development program that builds and strengthens both current and future clinical and non-clinical leaders and creates a pipeline for success.
