Dr. Moshiro is a seasoned Paediatrician and Implementation Researcher with over a decade of experience in maternal, newborn, and child health in Tanzania. He has led several multi-site implementation research studies, including the Safer Births Bundle of Care and the TIMCI projects. He co-developed national neonatal care guidelines and was part of the Essential Newborn Care adaptation team. His expertise spans co-creation of clinical guidelines, health systems strengthening, and quality improvement at PHC level. He has consistently collaborated with the Ministry of Health, PORALG, and academic institutions, and brings a proven track record in implementation research, guideline development, and stakeholder engagement. He has published several papers in local and international journal.
