I graduated from Dickinson College with a BS in Biology in 1994 and worked as a laboratory technician in a Retrovirus Biology Lab for several years before obtaining my BSN at Johns Hopkins University in 1997.  I worked as a pediatric nurse at both Kennedy Krieger in Baltimore, MD and on the oncology unit at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.  I received my MSN in 2001 at the University of Pennsylvania, after completing the Pediatric Acute/Chronic Nurse Practitioner Program, with a concentration in oncology.  For over 20 years I have worked as a PNP in hematology/oncology in various roles including: inpatient, outpatient, bone marrow transplant, CAR T-cell therapy and cancer survivorship.  I joined Nemours Children's Health as the outpatient leukemia/lymphoma PNP in June 2025.
