Thomas has practiced at Nemours Children's Hospital (Delaware) for 2 years working as a Registered Nurse for the Critical Care Transport Team. Thomas serves on multiple committees including education, equipment, and interview. He earned his associate's degree in nursing from Delaware Technical Community College in 2019. Thomas has also served as a paramedic for over 15 years in multiple clinical roles including emergency response, trauma aeromedical evacuation, and pediatric critical care transport.
