Dhruv Sandilya is a Rutgers New Brunswick alumni who received both his Undergraduate degree in BS: Public Health, along with his MHA - Green Belt Lean/Six Sigma Certification. With over a year working with Nemours Dhruv is the Assistant Administrator for Research for The Nemours Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders (NCCBD) across various sites (Wilmington, Orlando, Jacksonville, Pensacola, and Broward). In Dhruv's expanded role he is also overseeing the Research activities in the Delaware Valley as they report up to David Brousseau,Chair of the Department of Pediatrics - DV. In terms of oversight, Dhruv is responsible for bridging the gap between the Practice areas and Research Administration partnering with stakeholders and financial strategists across divisions such as Division Chiefs, Principal Investigators, Research Scientists, Clinical Trial Managers, Program Administrators/Managers, Research Finance, Accounting, OSP, and Research associates.
