Dr. Foglia is an academic neonatologist at the University of Pennsylvania and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.  Her NIH-funded research focuses on neonatal resuscitation and respiratory management.  She is the Scientific PI for the American Academy of Pediatrics DRIVE Network, and she serves on multiple resuscitation bodies the NRP Steering Committee, and the Neonatal Life Support Taskforce for the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation.
