Jonathan Litt, MD, MPH, ScD
Dr. Litt is a practicing Neonatologist and health services researcher at Lucille Packard Children’s Hospital and an Associate Professor of Pediatrics at Stanford University School of Medicine. He holds an MD from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Litt completed residency training in Pediatrics at the University of California, San Francisco and subspecialty fellowship training in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine at Boston Children’s Hospital. He is also a graduate of the Harvard Pediatric Health Services Research Fellowship program, an intensive mentored training program through which he pursued an MPH and then a doctoral degree in social science research methods at the Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health. His fellowship and dissertation work centered on the impact on early intervention programs for low birth weight infants on functional outcomes at school age. His body of research is focused on the long-term health and neurodevelopmental outcomes of high-risk infants, the role of care integration and population health management in novel models of high-risk infant follow-up, and the equitable access to and effectiveness of community-based intervention services for children with medical and developmental complexity.
