Shobha Natarajan, Professor of Clinical Pediatrics, Perelman School of Medicine, The University of Pennsylvania

Dr. Shobha Natarajan is a Professor of Clinical Pediatrics, the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. She is a cardiologist at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. She specializes in non-invasive imaging, including echocardiography and fetal cardiology. In addition to being Director of Quality Improvement in the Cardiac Center, she is the Co-director of the Hypertension and Vascular Evaluation Program, a multi-disciplinary clinic with cardiology, nephrology, nutrition and exercise physiology. This clinic assesses and treats children and adolescents with systemic hypertension. The cardiac evaluation is preventative and focuses on how to decrease risk of adverse events in adulthood related to uncontrolled hypertension.
