TITLE: Optimizing Care in the asthma Modulator Clinic | Improving Performance Scoring for Pre-Transplant Patients

Objectives

As a result of this activity, the participant will be able to apply methods to streamline busy and at times lengthy appointments for patients with chronic disease in a way that is efficient and smooth for the patient.

The participant will be able to discuss the importance of spanning processes across different departments in an effort to help workflows to be optimized.

Practice Change

  • In patients receiving biologic medications, I would like physicians across Nemours to be able to have a simple and streamlined approach to administering them to chronic patients and minimize the burden of wait times in these patients lives, that are already stressful
