This education series provides structured coaching and mentorship to guide participants through completing a quality improvement project aligned with their department’s Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) plan. Learners will apply QAPI principles, use data to drive improvement, and develop a project that supports measurable, sustainable change within their practice setting.
