This regularly scheduled series provides clinicians the opportunity to attend a didactic session that discusses and analyzes the latest evidence-based practice initiatives, and research related to the specialty of Nursing. This month's topics is food literacy in school age children.
Objectives
As a result of this activity, participants will be able to:
- Identify factors related to understanding food literacy among adolescent and teens.
- Evaluate interventions that can positively affect students' food choices and understanding of nutrition.
