Lonna Gordon, MD, PharmD, FAAP, FABOM, CCMS
Lonna P. Gordon, MD, PharmD, FAAP, FABOM, CCMS, has led our Adolescent Medicine Program in Central Florida as associate chief since she joined Nemours in August 2018. In this role, she provides consultative inpatient care at Nemours Children’s Hospital in Orlando, as well as outpatient care to adolescents at Nemours specialty care locations in Central Florida. Prior to Nemours, Dr. Gordon cared for patients and served as an assistant professor of pediatrics in the Icahn School of Medicine at the Mt. Sinai Hospital in New York City. She earned her medical degree at the University of South Florida in Tampa and completed a residency in pediatrics at Orlando Health’s Arnold Palmer Hospital. She specialized in adolescent medicine with an Icahn School of Medicine fellowship at Mt. Sinai’s Adolescent Health Center. Prior to medical school, she earned a doctorate in pharmacy and worked as a community pharmacist. Dr. Gordon is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics in pediatrics and adolescent medicine.
