Lonna Gordon, MD, PharmD, FAAP, FABOM, CCMS
Lonna P. Gordon, MD, PharmD, FAAP, FABOM, CCMS received her Doctor of Pharmacy from Florida A&M University and her Doctor of Medicine from Morsani College of Medicine at University of South Florida. She completed her pediatrics residency at Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children and her fellowship in Adolescent Medicine at The Mount Sinai Hospital Adolescent Health Center. Dr Gordon joined Nemours Children’s Health, Florida in 2018 and is currently the Chief of Adolescent Medicine and the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for Graduate Medical Education. Her faculty appointment is at University of Central Florida College of Medicine at the rank of Associate Professor. She is board certified in pediatrics, adolescent medicine, obesity medicine, and culinary medicine. Her professional interests include positive youth engagement, risk reduction, reproductive justice, and polycystic ovarian syndrome. She additionally enjoys educating learners of all levels on the impact of social determinants of health, and racism on health outcomes in youth.
