As a result of this activity, participants will be able to:

  • Evaluate MRIs and symptoms in order to detect meniscus tears.
  • Discuss meniscus treatment options for a variety of meniscus tear patterns and locations.

Practice Change
As a result of this activity, participants will be able to:

  • Order MRIs for all patients with knee effusion to evaluate for meniscus, cartilage, or ligamentous injury.
