NCHFL Pediatric Resuscitation Simulation Outreach Series 2026
This interprofessional simulation provides a supportive space for interprofessional teams to practice effective teamwork and communication during high-acuity, low-occurance pediatric emergencies.
Target Audience
Interprofessional Teams (Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Nurses, Respiratory Therapists, Paramedics, Pharmacists, etc)
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:
- Demonstrate effective teamwork skills (including closed-loop communication, shared mental model, and clear roles & responsibilities)
- Efficiently locate and utilize pediatric-specific equipment.
- Understand critical actions during a pediatric resuscitation.
