Ansley Hodges, PhD, BCBA-D

Dr. Ansley Hodges received a dual Bachelor of Arts in Deaf Education and Elementary Education from Flagler College and a Master of Science and Ph.D. in Psychology and Applied Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology (FIT). With more than 25 years of experience, her work spans founding an ABA-based school, running an ABA early intervention clinic, providing water-safety lessons for neurodivergent children, working with adults in group homes and community settings, coaching caregivers, consulting nationally and internationally, and teaching. For the last thirteen years, Dr. Hodges has served as Nemours Children’s Health first behavior analyst, where she is the Director of The Center for Autism and Behavior Analysis Services Program. In this role, she oversees autism evaluations, ABA services for patients and caregivers, water-safety instruction, and employment services. She also applies behavioral science to train and support hospital leaders, administrators, medical residents, medical students, and other medical divisions with complex behavioral needs. Dr. Hodges serves on the editorial board for the Journal of Organizational Behavior Management and is a peer reviewer for three other prestigious behavioral journals. She has authored more than 20 peer-reviewed journal articles and book chapters and has secured over $6 million in grant funding.
