Objectives
As a result of this activity, participants will be able to:
- Recall the definition of Health Anxiety by Proxy Disorder and be able to differentiate from Illness Anxiety Disorder and Munchhausen by Proxy Disorder.
- Improve care for these often complex and challenging families with increased understanding, empathy, and referral/recommendation for appropriate treatment.

- Demonstrate appropriate diagnostic clarification to improve understanding and intervention.
