•Describe the history and physical findings for pediatric shoulder exam

•Present case examples to emphasize unique features of the shoulder conditions in an active pediatric population

•Review recommendations for sports specialization and care for overuse injuries

•Review recommendations for shoulder injuries and fracture care in the pediatric population
